  Chloroprene rubber (CR) is a synthetic rubber that is also known by the trade name Neoprene. CR has a good balance of properties, including good chemical stability and usefulness over a wide temperature range. 

  CR has perfect mechanical properties and fatigue and tear resistances which are second only to those of NR, with excellent oil, chemical and heat resistances, low flammability, high ozone and weather resistance.

  Polychloroprene Rubber CR121   


  Description:

   A sulfur-modified chloroprene rubber with medium crystallization rate, the density is 1.23. It has good resistance to tear and flexure. It is similar to Du Pont’s Neoprene GN and GNA and Denka’s PM-40.


  Application: For making rubber products such as conveyor belt, triangle

                        belt, v belt, synchronous belt and mining cable sheath, etc.

Description:

    A xanthogen or dodecyl mercaptan modified polychloroprene rubber with medium crystallization rate. The density is 1.23. It has good heat resistance and high temperature stability. It is similar to Denka' s M-40 and Du Pont s neoprene W.


 Application:

   For making light- coloured rubber products, such as seals, dust covers, rubber rollers, liners, rubber dams and hose outer sheath, etc.

  Description:

    A xanthogen or dodecyl mercaptan modified polychloroprene rubber with fast crystallization rate and high bonding strength at room temperature. The density is 1.23. It is similar to Denka' s A range such as A-90 and Du Pont' s neoprene AD range such as AD-20.


 Application:

   For making Chloroprene adhesives. The Chloroprene adhesives are used for bonding and self adhesion between rubber, leather, fiber, metal, wood and cement products, etc.

   Description:

     A sulfur and xanthogen mixed-modified chloroprene rubber with medium crystallization rate, the density is 1.23. It has good resistance to tear and flexure, superior processibility over sulfur-modified types and superior resistant properties to ozone, sunlight, weather, oil, grease and flame. It is similar to Du Pont’s Neoprene GW.


   Application:

    For making rubber products such as hoses, cable sheath, etc.
